Better Serve Your Clients with 2 New HR Resources

In the last issue of HRAffiliateLink, we previewed the new HR Support Center — coming in early March. But that isn’t the only website improvement we’ve made this year. In addition to launching a brand-new HR Support Center interface, we have completely redone the HRAnswerLink website. Here’s a rundown of the exciting changes you’ll see in the HR Support Center user interface and the enhancements we’ve made on our new website.

Get ready for a new HR Support Center!

Our excitement is building as we approach the official HR Support Center relaunch, coming around the second week in March. We can’t wait to unveil the new interface — which we’ve completely redesigned to make client access to the same great HR educational resources, tools, and services easier and faster.

The screen to the right shows you what your clients can expect to see in their newly redesigned HR Support Center. Here are a few improvements we’ve made in the new interface:

  • Site features that your clients use the most — user account options, HR Support Center areas, and search — are the first thing they see. They’re at the top of the page and easy to navigate.
  • Your branded welcome message is front and center, greeting your clients every time they log on to HR Support Center.
  • Several of our most popular resources — Ask the Pro, Employee Handbooks, and Customize Documents — appear prominently on the HR Support Center landing page, with highly visible Get Started buttons, encouraging your clients to take advantage of these services.
  • News and alerts about HR issues, law changes, content recommendations, notifications, and more are grouped in one convenient section at the bottom of the page.

Meet our new website: HRAnswerLink 2.0

A business website should be all about you — the customer. At HRAnswerLink, we realized our website could do a much better job of helping our affiliates easily access the information they’re looking for, so we embarked on a massive site relaunch project, completed in late 2014.

We’re proud to unveil the new, vastly improved HRAnswerLink website! Here are some of the site’s highlights:

  • A clear, scrollable home page that displays HRAnswerLink’s four main HR solutions, plus links to more information and helpful tools for you and your clients.
  • In-depth information pages — giving you overviews and detailed descriptions of our HR solutions.
